As an attendee of the workshop, course or program provided by freelance.pizza you (and/or your employer) shall not obtain any right to the course materials. Payments, Credits, and Refunds
You agree to pay the fees for content that you purchase, and you authorise us to charge your debit or credit card or process other means of payment (direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. Freelance.pizza works with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods in your country and to keep your payment information secure.
When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorised payment method. If your payment method fails and you still get access to the content you are enrolling in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within fifteen (15) days of notification from us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received adequate payment.
When you make a payment to freelance.pizza, you agree to use a valid payment method. If you aren’t happy with the service provided, freelance.pizza offers a 30-day refund or credit for most content purchases, enabled by Teachable's refund scheme. We reserve the right to apply your refund as a refund credit or a refund to your original payment method, at our discretion, depending on capabilities of our payment service providers, the platform from which you purchased your content (website, mobile or TV app), and other factors. No refund is due to you if you request it after the 30-day guarantee time limit has passed.
To request a refund, please send an email to hello@freelance.pizza.
If we decide to issue refund credits to your account, they will be automatically applied towards your next content purchase on our website, but can’t be used for purchases in our mobile or TV applications. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or if you’ve previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to deny your refund, restrict you from other future refunds, ban your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we ban your account or disable your access to the content due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, you will not be eligible to receive a refund.
Cancellation and no show policy
If you can’t join the course you have booked and you give us at least two weeks’ notice, you can change your booking to a later date, an ‘open date’ ticket, or switch to participation in our online course. Please note that deferment is only possible for one year.
No (partial) refunds will be given for any cancellations made by you after the 60 day refund period.
In the unlikely event freelance.pizza has to cancel the course you booked, we will inform you in due course and you may attend the next course that fits your schedule or join our online program. In case you do not wish to attend the course on a new date, you can switch to participation in our online course. If for some reason you cannot follow our online course, we will reimburse you the amount paid for the course booked. Freelance.pizza will pay this refund within 30 days of a refund request.
If you follow a long-term program and you cannot start the program or you need to withdraw from the program due to special reasons (i.e. extreme personal health condition or an unavoidable situation (relatives pass away, need to take care kids at home due to covid) within the first 6 weeks, please let us know as soon as possible. In this case we can arrange a transfer tot the next available program for you. Please note that deferment is only possible for one year. If, in such case, you choose not to follow another program at freelance.pizza, you will receive a refund for the remainder of the program.
Availability, errors, and inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.
We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Certification and Disclaimer
Upon completion of a course/training/program/workshop provided by freelance.pizza participant is mailed a physical copy of the 'Certification of Completion'. The certificate is sent within thirty (30) days of completion to an address provided by participant at no charges or extra costs to the participant.
Upon completion of a course/training/program/workshop provided by freelance.pizza participant agrees that freelance.pizza is not liable for the business success of participant in any shape or form, including not provide any guarantees on the participant achieving employment, establishing new business relationships with third parties, or receiving any financial or business benefits.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
Applicable law and court
Hungarian law is applicable. Any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Budapest.
